Dr. Neelon Patel opened Pinky Promise Pediatric Dentistry in Naperville with the mission of providing quality dental care to children of all ages and needs in her community. We strive to make every child feel welcomed and empowered during their visits, and to provide them with a safe space they can comfortably call their own dental home.
Dr. Neelon Patel, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, is originally from Troy, MI. She completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Lyman Briggs Physiology with a specialization in Bioethics, Humanities, and Society. After graduating, she pursued dentistry and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan. While she was in dental school, she enjoyed giving back to the community and promoting oral health programs for children. Given her compassion and patience towards children, she naturally chose to work with children.
After dental school, she continued her advanced academic endeavors at the University of Michigan and earned a Master of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry. She was trained extensively in monitoring a child’s oral growth and development as well as treating medically compromised children. In addition to this, Dr. Neelon Patel is well trained in the management of extensive dental needs and is able to perform full mouth rehabilitation.
Not only is Dr. Neelon Patel a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, but she is also an Illinois State Board Certified pediatric dentist. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentists, American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Association and Illinois Dental Society.
She currently lives in Naperville, IL with her incredible husband, their adorable son and daughter, and their fur baby (Rocky). During her free time she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, being outdoors, traveling, arts and crafts, and dancing. She is classically trained in a few styles of Indian dance and loves supporting the arts and cultural activities. Dr. Neelon Patel truly feels very grateful to have the opportunity to care for your children.

Dr. Merva Razzak is delighted to join Pinky Promise! Dr. Razzak was born and raised in sunny Southern California and has a deep love for sunshine as a result.
She completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA, earning a bachelor's degree in Psychobiology. Following graduation, she relocated to the East Coast, spending a year in D.C. teaching children at a learning center. Dr. Razzak then returned to California to attend dental school at UCSF in San Francisco. During her time in dental school, she had the privilege of collaborating with various community-centered organizations to promote children's oral health, particularly those with limited access to dental care.
Her East Coast journey continued as she completed her pediatric dental residency at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Throughout her residency, she gained valuable clinical experience, learning to provide comprehensive oral health care to children with special needs and complex medical histories. This included managing dental emergencies and collaborating with families to create customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Her interactions with diverse populations inspired her to deliver culturally competent, evidence-based, and empathetic care to every patient.
In her leisure time, Dr. Razzak enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, traveling to new countries with her wonderful husband, exploring and hiking in national parks, and practicing Arabic calligraphy.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, Jessica strives to create a positive and supportive environment that empowers our team to provide the best possible care to our patients. She understands healthcare can be a stressful and daunting experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service that puts both patients and parents at ease. When not at the office, she is spending quality time with her husband, three children and their two dogs. Jessica enjoys indulging in self-care activities, reading and simply relaxing at home.

Anne is committed to making dental care fun and keeping kiddos comfortable during every visit. She has been in the dental field for over 19 years. Anne loves spending time with her friends, family, and her 3-year-old French Bulldog Nyla. Hockey is a big passion of hers along with Ohio State football.

With a background in special needs Dentistry, Sydney is a natural at making our patients feel comfortable and cared for. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys giving back to the her community and spending quality time with her family and dog, Lola.
Meet Araceli! Hailing from the vibrant city of Aurora, Araceli brings a unique spark to our pediatric dental team. With a heart full of joy, she finds immense pleasure in creating lasting memories for our little patients, capturing their excitement and radiant smiles through social media content. As the youngest member of our team, Araceli's infectious energy and bubbly personality light up the office, keeping both our patients and fellow team members smiling all day long. Araceli is not only passionate about pediatric dentistry but also dedicated to ensuring a smooth experience for families, happily assisting with any questions regarding insurance and treatment. Outside the office, she cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones, especially her four godchildren, and enjoys every moment shared with family and friends.
Meet Kiru! Originally from India, Kiru made Chicago her home since 2009. With a wealth of knowledge and a heart full of positivity, Kiru is dedicated to providing the best possible care and education to her patients. Outside of the office, she cherishes every moment spent with her two lively kids, indulging in her love for reading books and listening to music. Despite working in a dental office, Kiru has a sweet tooth for chocolates and cakes, but rest assured, she always remembers to brush and floss after enjoying these treats!
Dr. Neelon Patel’s dedication to her community doesn’t stop when she leaves the office. She loves going to schools and daycares to educate children and get them excited about the importance of their oral health. A firm believer that dental education is the first step towards a lifetime of healthy smiles, she brings the same enthusiasm and compassion to her speaking events, to show little ones that taking care of their teeth and gums can be fun!
