Dr. Neelon Patel opened Pinky Promise Pediatric Dentistry in Naperville with the mission of providing quality dental care to children of all ages and needs in her community. We strive to make every child feel welcomed and empowered during their visits, and to provide them with a safe space they can comfortably call their own dental home.
Dr. Neelon Patel, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, is originally from Troy, MI. She completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Lyman Briggs Physiology with a specialization in Bioethics, Humanities, and Society. After graduating, she pursued dentistry and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan. While she was in dental school, she enjoyed giving back to the community and promoting oral health programs for children. Given her compassion and patience towards children, she naturally chose to work with children.
After dental school, she continued her advanced academic endeavors at the University of Michigan and earned a Master of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry. She was trained extensively in monitoring a child’s oral growth and development as well as treating medically compromised children. In addition to this, Dr. Neelon Patel is well trained in the management of extensive dental needs and is able to perform full mouth rehabilitation.
Not only is Dr. Neelon Patel a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, but she is also an Illinois State Board Certified pediatric dentist. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentists, American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Association and Illinois Dental Society.
She currently lives in Naperville, IL with her incredible husband, their adorable son and daughter, and their fur baby (Rocky). During her free time she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, being outdoors, traveling, arts and crafts, and dancing. She is classically trained in a few styles of Indian dance and loves supporting the arts and cultural activities. Dr. Neelon Patel truly feels very grateful to have the opportunity to care for your children.

Dr. Merva Razzak is delighted to join Pinky Promise! Dr. Razzak was born and raised in sunny Southern California and has a deep love for sunshine as a result.
She completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA, earning a bachelor's degree in Psychobiology. Following graduation, she relocated to the East Coast, spending a year in D.C. teaching children at a learning center. Dr. Razzak then returned to California to attend dental school at UCSF in San Francisco. During her time in dental school, she had the privilege of collaborating with various community-centered organizations to promote children's oral health, particularly those with limited access to dental care.
Her East Coast journey continued as she completed her pediatric dental residency at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Throughout her residency, she gained valuable clinical experience, learning to provide comprehensive oral health care to children with special needs and complex medical histories. This included managing dental emergencies and collaborating with families to create customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Her interactions with diverse populations inspired her to deliver culturally competent, evidence-based, and empathetic care to every patient.
In her leisure time, Dr. Razzak enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, traveling to new countries with her wonderful husband, exploring and hiking in national parks, and practicing Arabic calligraphy.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, Jessica strives to create a positive and supportive environment that empowers our team to provide the best possible care to our patients. She understands healthcare can be a stressful and daunting experience and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service that puts both patients and parents at ease. When not at the office, she is spending quality time with her husband, three children and their two dogs. Jessica enjoys indulging in self-care activities, reading and simply relaxing at home.
Meet Nathalie! Her passion revolves around working with children, ensuring their visits to the dentist are filled with smiles and comfort, knowing they're in expert care. With almost a decade of experience in the dental field, Nathalie is committed to delivering the utmost in patient care and ensuring a superb dental experience at our office. She's ever-ready to assist with any questions or concerns. In her spare time, you’ll often find her lost in the pages of a good book, sharing precious moments with her children, indulging in thrilling scary movies, or enjoying some fresh air with her faithful blue pit companion.
Meet Anne! She loves helping our little patients discover their confidence and educating them about their oral health. Anne is committed to making dental care fun and keeping kiddos comfortable during every visit. She has been in the dental field for over 19 years. Anne loves spending time with her friends, family, and her 3-year-old French Bulldog Nyla. Hockey is a big passion of hers along with Ohio State football.
Meet Sydney! Sydney is passionate about providing individualized care and support to our patients and families. With a background in special needs Dentistry, Sydney is a natural at making our patients feel comfortable and cared for. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys giving back to the her community and spending quality time with her family and dog, Lola.
Meet Anahi! It is her mission to provide a fun and positive dental experience for every child. She enjoys educating children and families about the importance of good oral health. When not in the office, Anahi is in school pursuing a degree in dental hygiene. In her free time Anahi enjoys spending quality time with her friends and siblings.
Dr. Neelon Patel’s dedication to her community doesn’t stop when she leaves the office. She loves going to schools and daycares to educate children and get them excited about the importance of their oral health. A firm believer that dental education is the first step towards a lifetime of healthy smiles, she brings the same enthusiasm and compassion to her speaking events, to show little ones that taking care of their teeth and gums can be fun!
